Proof of Purchase & Warranty Registration:

To redeem a warranty claim, proof of purchase or product registration through SpinTech is required.
Purchases made through our website, over the phone, or in person (with a completed registration form) are automatically registered for warranty coverage.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All SpinTech products include a 30-day warranty. If your item is defective or does not fit your intended use, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.

Important Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused or lightly used and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Items that have been physically damaged, tampered with, or modified will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
• Returns on non-defective items will require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
• Refunds and exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Extended Warranty for Defective Components

After the 30-day satisfaction warranty period, individual components will branch into their respective extended warranties for defects under normal use.

Extended Warranty Coverage:

• Patented Spinner Mechanism – 4-Year Warranty
• EZ Timer – 2-Year Warranty
• 12V & 6V Motors – 1-Year Warranty
• 12V Solar Panel – 1-Year Warranty
• 6V Control Unit – 6-Month Warranty

Warranty Redemption Process:

1. Submit a Warranty Claim: Contact warranties@spintechspreaders.com with your proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue.
2. Inspection & Approval: We may request images or additional information to assess the warranty claim.
3. Replacement or Repair: Once approved, we will either provide replacement parts or offer a repair solution.

Flexible Replacement Discounts – Beyond the Warranty Period & User Damage

We understand that wear and tear happens, and sometimes parts may need replacing beyond the warranty period or due to accidental user damage. If your product is reasonably close to the warranty expiration or has been damaged due to user error or excessive wear, we may be able to offer a discount on replacement parts.

• Discounts on replacement parts range from 10% to 30% (depending on the part and circumstances).
• These discounts apply to individual components covered under warranty (NOT full systems).

Restocking Fees for Used or Damaged Returns

Returns that show signs of use or wear may be subject to a restocking fee based on the item’s condition:

• 10% – 15% → Lightly used items that can be resold after inspection and repackaging.
• 20% – 30% → Moderately used items with visible wear or missing packaging.
• Up to 50% → Heavily used, damaged, or missing major components requiring refurbishment.

SpinTech reserves the right to evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis. Items that are heavily used, missing parts, or damaged beyond resale may not be eligible for a refund.

Exclusions & Limitations

• Warranty coverage only applies to manufacturer defects and does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear is not covered.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper storage, prolonged water exposure, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
